2. Ultimate Authority Disclaimer (Visa Issuance)
All decisions regarding visa approvals, rejections, processing timelines, or duration of stay lie solely and strictly within the discretionary jurisdiction of the respective government embassies, consulates, and immigration officers.
- We hold zero liability for visa rejections, application delays, or additional requirements requested by consular officials.
- Consultancy fees paid to VISA2CAREER GLOBAL PVT. LTD. cover our administrative advisory services and are independent of embassy processing outcomes.
3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
As a condition of using our platform and consultancy services, you represent and warrant that:
- All documents, personal identification credentials, financial proofs, and travel histories submitted by you are authentic, legal, and accurate.
- You will not provide fraudulent, misleading, or forged documentation. Submission of false information may result in immediate service termination without refund and legal reporting where mandated.
- You are responsible for keeping track of your appointment dates, submission deadlines, and personal passport validity.
4. Payments, Processing Fees & Refund Policy
Engagement of our professional services requires compliance with our financial schedules:
- Consultancy Charges: Fees for processing, evaluation, and appointment management must be settled prior to service delivery as per agreed quotations.
- Government/Embassy Fees: Embassy visa fees, biometric charges, and translation costs paid to external government portals are strictly non-refundable once processed.
- Non-Refundability: Once document processing or consultation advisory has commenced, administrative fees paid to VISA2CAREER GLOBAL PVT. LTD. are non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is granted, rejected, or withdrawn by the applicant.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
