2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes can occur. Our guidelines for cancelling an active service order are as follows:

• Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation of your service order within 24 hours of making the initial payment, provided that our team has not yet initiated document processing, file drafting, or appointment scheduling.
• Post-Initiation Orders: Once our consultants or caseworkers have started reviewing your documents, preparing your application file, or booking slots on your behalf, service cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Procedure to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be sent formally via email from your registered email address to our official support desk, mentioning your booking reference ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Refund Policy & Eligibility

Refund determinations are handled fairly based on the timing of your cancellation request and the status of service delivery:

• Eligible Refunds: If a cancellation request is successfully submitted and approved within the 24-hour window (and before work has commenced), a full refund will be initiated, subject to the deduction of third-party payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2% to 5%).
• Non-Refundable Professional Fees: Once document verification, application drafting, or embassy file compilation has commenced, all professional consultancy and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Government, Embassy, & Third-Party Fees: Any visa charges, embassy fees, biometric expenses, VFS charges, or translation fees paid directly to government authorities or external vendors are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Service Modifications & Non-Approval Disclaimer

Since VISA2CAREER GLOBAL PVT. LTD. operates as an independent consultancy and does not possess authority over embassy decisions:

• Visa rejections, application delays, or additional documentation demands by government consulates do not qualify for a refund of professional consultancy fees.
• If you wish to modify your application type or switch to an alternate service package before execution has begun, please contact our support team to discuss possible adjustments.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior individual notice. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp.
